Grand Haven Weekend of May 20 & 21
 (United States)
Fishing was hit or miss over this last weekend. We fished on Saturday and started in the mud. After an hour we were 1 for 3 with a nice king and decided to head for deeper water. We trolled from 130 to 250 and wound up 6 for 12 with most of the fish coming between 180 and 200 feet of water. Our best bait by far was a Stingray sized Green Dolphin as most of our hits came on this. We also had hits on hawg wild, can't afford it, and coyote. The riggers down 45 to 75 and half cores received the most attention.

The guys who stayed in the mud caught anywhere from 2 to 12 fish with the majority only boating 2 to 4. With the wind on Sunday nobody fished. The weather appears to be stabilizing for the week which will help fishing tremendously.
