Fish Always Bite Where Your Not
 (United States)
Great job on the new website!!!! Much more professional. Can't say that the ice fishing is going so well but how often do we get the boat out in Januaury? Maybe we should consider starting the sheephead tournaments soon. Can't wait for the weekly fun to return and get an opportunity to chat with the gang again. Any chance Mike or Terry got a net for Christmas?   Good Luck Fish'n!!!!

Hey Adam,

Thanks for the kind words on the web site. Mike and I are very pleased.

We got out yesterday on Spring Lake and beat the water to a froth. No Sheepshead, no walleyes, no bass, no catfish but Mike landed a trophy sucker after a classic battle. I love this kind of January.

We will be starting the Tue. night contest early this year so stay in touch.

Terry

Terry,

I was fishing from Petty's bridge last weekend  and caught lots of  sunfish and perch. However the majority of fish were'nt very big. I'm going to attempt to get out on Muskegon Lake this weekend for pike and walleye. I read Bob Kingsley's article the other day, any other tidbits of info to help land a meal? On another note, my wife and I just booked a weeks vacation near Kiitty Hawk, NC. Hopefully the fishing is good there in April..:)  Good Luck with the suckers.

Adam,

The fishing in NC is great. The striper fishing is outstanding and the inshore fishing for Black Drum will make your arms ache. 40 pounders are not unusual and the state record is 100 pounds.

Let me know how you did when you get back.

Terry
