Fishing Reports

Grand Haven/Muskegon----Salmon anglers at both ports are fishing water 80'-150' and downrigger depth is 80'-150'. The lures have changed back to spoons and spinnie/fly combos. Colors are blue, white, and yellows. Water temp is warm, so salmon are deep.
Grand Haven---Pier anglers are still catching a few salmon off the piers. Casting an orange spoon in the early morning has produced results. Anglers are catching gizzard shad in cast nets and trying to use those as bait, but not much success.
Muskegon---Anglers are still trolling Muskegon Lk. and catching a few kings still. Kings are hanging out by the old Sappi paper plant and the Muskegon Conservation Club.
No perch at either port.
