Grand Haven---Boat anglers are starting to struggle catching salmon and trout. Water is getting warm and fish are on the move. Water depth is 110'-140' and downrigger depth is 40'-100'. Spoons are still the baits of choice. Orange baits are best 40'-50' and blues and greens 50'-100'.
Pier anglers are still getting some alewives for bait, but they are small. Fish being caught are catfish and sheephead.

Muskegon---Salmon fishing is also tough here, but fish have been caught in 80'-100' and downrigger depth is 40'-100'. Spoons and some spinnie/fly combos have worked. No consistency with baits. Orange, blues, greens for colors of spoons and flies. White and green spinnies.
No pier info.
