Fishing Reports

I apologize for putting this in late. It was sent to me late last week but I missed it in my emails. - Matt

Grand Haven/Muskegon---Fishing is tough as the fish are scattered, but if the angler can find them, chinook, coho, Lake Trout, and steelhead have all been caught. Water depth is 200'-300' and downrigger depth is 40'-70'. 225-400 copper line are also working. Best colors are blue, green, and yellows. Most anglers have done well with spoons especially a spoon called "Mac-n-Cheese". Some anglers have used spinnie/fly combos in the same colors as the spoons.

Pier action in G.Haven is limited to catching sheephead. No pier action in Muskegon.

No perch at either port.
